About Lucio Plumbing & Drain
Jesse Lucio has been working in plumbing since 2003, building more than two decades of experience in both residential and commercial settings. His work has ranged from large, complex commercial projects to the everyday jobs that keep a home running and yes, even the average toilet replacement. In 2026, Jesse opened Lucio Plumbing & Drain to bring that depth of experience to St. Paul/Minneapolis and the surrounding community through professional, straightforward and neighborly service.
A lifelong St. Paul guy, Jesse lives in Summit Hill with his wife and three children. When he’s not helping customers solve plumbing problems, you’ll probably find him spending time with family, watching hockey or enjoying something good to eat.
The Lucio Philosophy
Lucio Plumbing & Drain is focused on providing answers to questions, solutions for plumbing issues, and communicating in a timely manner. More than just a plumber, Jesse is invested in Saint Paul neighborhoods and Saint Paul people. He fully expects to see you at the Midway Target or at a Wild game, and hopes you’ll say hello.
